At Jetscape we have been following all precautions to ensure the health and safety of our clients, tenants, employees and all our associated families.
Dear Valued Customers, Tenants and Employees,
First and foremost, let me assure you that our top priority has been and remains the health and safety of you, our tenants, our employees and all your associated families. I am sure you have all been following the news about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As it continues to spread further, I wanted to share with you how we have been managing the situation at Jetscape.
To date, we have been closely monitoring the situation, based on industry groups such as AOPA, NBAA and NATA along with health advisories from Federal and local government groups. These communications have placed extra emphasis on how employees can help reduce risk and limit the spread of the virus. (More information is available from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The guidance received from NATA is for employees who feel well and have no symptoms, we urge them to practice good respiratory hygiene at all times, which is the best way to prevent transmission of viruses such as coronavirus or flu. However, employees that suspect they have symptoms of the virus (dry cough, breathlessness or fever of 38°C / 100.4°F or above) are told to stay home and immediately inform their manager and healthcare provider.
Jetscape has taken, and will continue to take, all necessary precautionary measures as advised by local health officials and Broward County guidance. We are disinfecting our sites and common areas on a more frequent basis. We are obtaining additional information on how to handle aircraft inbound with suspected virus infected passengers and working with airport Operations and Fire Rescue on current procedures.
Our facilities continue to remain operational while our teams adopt to the various government guidance. Given the dynamic nature of the coronavirus, we are ready and able to act quickly and effectively if needed. This will help to ensure you, our valued customers, are supported as and when needed, while protecting the health and safety of you, our tenants and our employees.
This is a very difficult time for us as a company in the business aviation sector, but we remain committed to leading with focus and agility. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best Regards,
Troy Menken
